Social interaction has been around for a long time. For many years we have used the telephone for this purpose as well as face to face contact. We have also used printed media and radio and television for a lot of information in the past. Now, with all of the technology available, people are turning more and more to the internet for social purposes and business purposes, as a source for news and for many of their purchases and for social interaction on the many blogs available. As a society we are becoming dependent on the computer as our way to reach out to others with advertising and to gather information.
