Commenting in blogs is a great way to start your link building. Every time you post a comment on a blog make sure to leave a link pointing back to your website. In no time at all you will soon have hundreds or even thousands of links pointing to your site. You don’t want to leave more than 1 link in your comments. This is because most spam filters will automatically delete your comment if it contains more than 1 link.
Another great way to get links is to join and comment in forums. Most forums will allow you to create a signature for your profile and every time you leave a comment in the forum, your signature is automatically added, giving you a link back to your site. Also most forums will allow you to add at least 2 links in your signature.
