A few entrepreneurs are planning on opening an education management firm that creates and runs schools (K-12) in emerging countries. What are some of the major problems that may arise when opening a school in an emerging country?

    Corruption, civil rioting, impending wars are but a few of the problems with investing in shaky countries. The payoff could be huge as this would be considered a high-stakes venture. But you could lose everything as well.
