i am commerce grad with 3 yrs exp in running a web developement and bpo firm …….i dont like doing accounts or maths so i dropped my cat entrance plans. i like communications,
literature, advertising, designing, internet media, technology etc. i want to take a really good step like a masters or post grad from a reputed specialised institute. suggest me. I a born entreprenuer, i handle the recruitments, client handling ,team management, business growth plans etc. suggest me something which will assist me in my existing tech biz and matches my interest….and convinces prospective brides’ parents !! I dont like wasting time at boring things …and i want good structured subjects …..any institute which uses audio, video , web medium to deliver training and which is recognised ……

You blew it in school, so you have to prove yourself working or all over again in school. You won’t get into a great grad school at this point. Aim a little lower, and plan a transfer as soon as you are accepted.
As a designer, you are judged on your portfolio & CV. Not your grades. They will only get you an interview. Since you do not seem to be a designer, your only chance to start with a great job, is great grades from a great uni.
SO… You have to start over. Online courses are not worth the paper they aren’t printed on.

If you are good in designing and worked with photoshop, flash etc. as u r telling you can go further in designing and animation. There you will find Lots of scope. Some struggle you have to face but its everywhere boss.

Young man you are honest that you accept your mistake yo did not care for your college studies. also you know that you do not like accounts. and your ignoring college studies is the reason you did not like the accounts
First you have high aims to join reputed instn.
Do you know they also need talented students to mantain their reputation and not Low percentage boys. good for nothing..
But do not loose hope.. your efforts will take you to good place of your choice
For three years you did web develoment and bpo firm.. this is very good ground work you have done..
If you have some feel of developing some programes then you can be your own enterpreneure and give services to small vendors and doctors and housewives who aaare interested to learn computer but are not finding any way. reach to them , give ad in papers and invite them to your classes.. you can teach also … and run the recruiment agency also you can organise the management and business development seminar also

Since you don’t like doing accounts but you handle recruitments you should go for MBA specializing in Human Resource Development.

Join MBA in Concordia university of Canada.If marks are good you may get scholarship.If mot get the admission & work hard to get good marks & then apply for the scholorship.
