When I’m older, I’m planning on starting my own publishing company or matchmaking business.
1. How do you pay employees? How much percent?
2. Do you need any sort of government permit?

Pay employees by the hour, by the job, or by the net profit.
U may need a vendor’s license. In all cases you have to pay taxes.
