Considering the central order of business was to ratify new by-laws and the snows of the big storm were just beginning to fall, turnout was not at all bad. The main bill might also have helped bring some folks in.

Ten years ago a young family in Shanghai or Beijing looking to buy a first home did well to land a new two-bedroom condo for about $40,000. Of course, back then, “new” in Shanghai equated to “the projects” in most U.S. cities. To tamp down costs, Chinese builders would slap “For Sale” signs on homes that were little more than concrete boxes with windows. And families happily moved in without changing much at all.

“Dont lose your head because you can probably recover your document.”You spent the last several hours working on a Word document. It was perfect. You saved it. Everythings great right? Right. But now you start making changes with the intention of cloning the document to create a new one (e.g. youre writing letters or press releases or memos, etc). And then, after you get all the modifications done you hit save. Everythings great right?Oops! You just overwrote your first document.

If you have had an on-line sales tsunami review job for more than than a day, you’ve heard that “the entirely direction to break is to quit.” We are encouraged to be determined from the sidereal day we are born. We prop our babies over and reach for them as they conflict to have that firstborn step towards us. We echo this do done and done again until they finally manage to waddle unsteadily advanced, weapons straight away for remainder. The entirely direction any of us learn to walk is through persistency.

So, David what do you do when you aren’t working on The Rise To The Top? Good question. Thanks for asking. The answer? Helping entrepreneurs, brands, businesses and some other clients to become interactive and social to increase the heck out of their business. It has been something I’ve kept under the table for awhile as I’ve somewhat been consulting, speaking, and training “underground” but I’m currently booking a few select clients and events for the end of this year and planning for 2010.

RISMEDIA, October 29, 2009—If you ask most real estate professionals what their number one business asset is, you’ll get a variety of answers. Some answers may include their office, their listings, their agents or subagents, their marketing materials etc. All of these are good answers but in this humble real estate entrepreneur’s opinion they would all be wrong. It is my strong belief that an active buyers list is the most valuable asset to have for your real estate business (when you think about it, this probably holds true for any business).
