To be a great guest you need a top notch set of media skills and knowledge. With radio and TV, you reach so many people that if you are not ready that is, prepared, you may not be able to make your publicity pay off for you. Tips! When the producer or journalist is contacting you the segment or story idea is already positioned within the format of the media outlet. You have no power to influence the media because they looking for this specific idea or slant. If what they want for the story or segment fits with your point of view, that’s terrific and the media opportunity will work out for you. If you are not a good fit for the particular point of view they are looking, its best to just say no than to try to change the segment or story idea to be a better fit for you. 30 years ago, it was difficult to spot or hear of a business woman in many countries. They were relegated to the menials of household and had no say in affairs of trade, economic or anything that came with the tag of ‘Thinking’ with it. Humanity has shunned these practices of bias and is now in a phase which recognizes women as equals (though not without some heart burn). Constituting 80% of the consumer market, they simply can’t be left out.
Women have evolved traits that have put them on the comeback course. They are considered better learners and task masters. That is not saying that men don’t have these abilities. It is simply more evident in a woman and it is always there. It can’t burn out if you got to come from behind to win the race.
Leading a balanced life is very important for women. The onus of family welfare is largely on them and they have not shrugged it off. …Jack just put up another 10-30 video showing some cool tricks for getting traffic to all your blogs. Things that people don’t know about or just don’t include in their marketing to get higheer rankings and links for more traffic and profit.
Again, I am left wondering what the deal is with giving away all these tactics, but it appears that he has a lot to teach beginners to advanced about blog marketing. I talk a lot about the nuts and bolts of starting or buying and running a small business. In my coaching and consulting business, my clients and I work together a lot on streamlining their systems to allow them more personal freedom and increased income. But there is much more to understand.
Through working with them, I’ve noticed that entrepreneurs and small business owners have a different viewpoint. Many small business owners build companies in industries where they were once employees. They often have trouble leaving an employee mindset behind. Entrepreneurs take more risks and think bigger, planning the future sale of their new business in the beginning and starting multiple businesses at once.
The small business owner tends not to work on their business but rather they work in it and get very married to it. The downside is that when the economy gets tight the small business owners often end up in survival mode. For the entrepreneur, the down economy is just another opportunity waiting for them.
