Money Lending Help Advice Or Suggestions For Business Investment

help, I need ard SGD30k – 40k to start up an investment.. but the thing is, I can’t borrow money from the bank, I’ve called up Money lending companies saying I’m crazy.. (which I got a tiny bit offended).
The thing is, what I’m investing in is similar to google, I’ll be splitting half the money to do another profitable buisness, I don’t know where or how to find a loan shark (I dont mind borrowing money from a loan shark cos I’ve got confident of paying back all and interest.. up to 20%!! ) but are loan sharks in singapore even willing to lend that sum?
…now all my dreams of becoming an entreprenuer has been partly broken due to the fact that I can’t find anyone to loan me that sum.
any idea where I can borrow or find a loan shark who are able to lend 5 digits????
I’m serious in need of help….. (btw, Ive check up classifieds for loaning help, but they are all email scams.. so … no hope for that also=()
